Meredith Lobel
Meredith draws on 20 years of experience in business design, management, and strategy to design systems that unleash innovation and foster equity. Meredith’s approach is rooted in her distinct background straddling entrepreneurship and impact. As a Global Director at Ashoka, the global pioneer of social entrepreneurship, she lead a 12-country team and designed online platforms to scale social innovation. Following her MBA, Meredith pursued her passion for health and nutrition as the Director of Insights at an IDEO- and venture capital backed- start-up in Silicon Valley, which empowered individuals to make more mindful food choices. As a consultant, she continues to accelerate the work of purpose-driven companies.
Meredith holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.A. from Wesleyan University.

YeSeul Kim
YeSeul (she/her) is a multi-hyphenate consultant, drawing on 12 years of experience in consumer research, strategy, operations, and general management. She has worked across different industries at organizations such as Procter & Gamble, Ashoka, Northeastern University, and the Kendall Square Association. Based in Italy, YeSeul recently has transitioned into a storyteller and consultant for artificial intelligence and metaverse, while also pursuing research on how to design more equitable public spaces. YeSeul earned a B.S. and Masters in City Planning at MIT.

Casey Enders
Casey has dedicated her career to advising leaders–including philanthropists and senior executives at Fortune 500 companies, family foundations, and large nonprofits–on how to strategically evolve their organizations and teams to ensure their operations and people are positioned for the greatest impact.
She has served as the CEO of Unlocking Potential, a nonprofit established in 2017 and dedicated to expanding access to high-quality professional development among social sector leaders. Previously, she served as the Chief of Staff to philanthropist and financier Raymond G. Chambers and the Policy Director on Carly Fiorina’s 2016 presidential campaign.
Casey started her career at McKinsey & Company, where she specialized in the social sector, after earning a BA with High Honors from the University of Virginia.
